Your privacy matters. This Privacy Policy explains what information Grndwerk collects when you visit grndwerk.com or purchase the Grndwerk Kit, how that information is used, and how it is protected.

We collect information only when it is genuinely needed to operate the service.

Purchase information. When you buy the Kit, your payment is processed by LemonSqueezy. We receive your email address and order details so we can grant repository access and respond to support requests. We do not store your payment card details.
Usage analytics. We use Vercel Analytics and Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns (pages visited, referral sources, device types). These tools collect anonymised data. No personally identifiable information is associated with analytics data.
Email correspondence. If you contact us by email, we retain that correspondence to resolve your query.

We do not run an account system. We do not use cookies beyond what analytics providers set.

2. How We Use Your Information

To deliver the Kit (grant GitHub repository access).
To respond to support requests.
To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
To send transactional emails related to your purchase (via LemonSqueezy).

We do not send marketing emails unless you explicitly opt in.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with the third-party services necessary to operate the business:

LemonSqueezy — payment processing and order fulfilment.
GitHub — delivery of the Kit via private repository access.

We retain your email address and purchase record for as long as necessary to fulfil your order and respond to support requests. Analytics data is retained per the respective provider's default retention settings.
