Terms of Service

Effective date: 1 April 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Grndwerk website at grndwerk.com and the Grndwerk Kit ("the Kit"). By using the site or purchasing the Kit you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase the Kit.

1. The Kit

The Grndwerk Kit is a shadcn-style installable kit for Next.js applications. It is a one-time purchase. Upon payment, you receive access to a private GitHub repository containing the Kit's source files. Your rights to use those files are governed by the License Agreement.

2. Payment

All purchases are processed by LemonSqueezy, our payment provider. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. The price shown at the time of purchase is the price you pay.

3. Refunds

Because the Kit is a digital product and access to the private repository is granted immediately upon payment, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued after repository access has been granted.

If you encounter a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the Kit, contact hello@grndwerk.com and we will work to resolve it.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the site or the Kit to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
  • Redistribute or resell the Kit in violation of the License Agreement.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or network.

5. Intellectual Property

The Grndwerk website, its content, and the Kit are owned by Grndwerk and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.

6. Third-Party Services

The site and Kit may integrate with or reference third-party services (GitHub, LemonSqueezy, Vercel Analytics, etc.). Grndwerk is not responsible for the practices or content of any third-party service. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND THE KIT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. GRNDWERK DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GRNDWERK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR THE KIT. GRNDWERK'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE KIT.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at grndwerk.com/terms. Continued use of the site or the Kit after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
